Work Package 6 ensures the overall management and coordination, the communication between partners as well as with the European Commission, and the communication of the overall project.
At the same time this Work Package ensures the validation of the results by an international advisory board.
The management strategy can be divided in:
- General management (budget, organization, time, information, quality, planning)
- Communication (website, newsletter, European Commision, partners)
- Soft management (sensemaking, eagnerness)
- Governance (political environment)
